Learn to multitask

Maybe the most indispensable rule how to “buy” more time is about doing multiple tasks. Getting your breakfast ready? Try to make a call at the same time! It doesn’t mean that you need to start 5 really hard things and fail them all. Combine daily tasks with your routine and you won’t notice how you win more time.

Do the hardest thing first

You definitely heard it a lot of times, but it works. We would not include this tip to our list if it doesn’t work. Even if you have 10 extra tasks that can be done in 10 minutes, do the hardest thing first. If you think that it will cost you too much time, delegate it! Sometimes it’s better to pay money for the work than spending 1 day to understand how it works and 2 more days to do it.
